We are proud to announce that Space4CC will take part in the upcoming open access lecture series "Beyond academia: HEI and society collaboration in response to the Ukrainian cultural heritage crisis". In a significant stride toward enhancing data-driven cultural heritage preservation, the Space4CC team, as part of the Data4UA project, is actively developing a groundbreaking prototype system. The initiative focuses on incorporating citizen-generated data into the data ecosystems, a pivotal step for both academic curricula and cultural heritage emergencies.   Throughout several productive meetings, the team has been rigorously discussing and refining the system blueprint. On May 31, the offline final of Hatathon 5.0 took place, which for the first time in the five-year history of the project was held in an offline format. The event was part of the II Forum "Ukrainian Cultural Heritage", and we are grateful to the partners of the Hatathon - House of Europe, USAID/ENGAGE, Goethe-Institut Ukraine, Digitizing.Space, and the European Union for their support.   As part of our ongoing efforts, the Space4CC initiative is also a key contributor to the  Data4UA project, aiming to enhance data management practices in cultural heritage sectors across Ukraine.
